By placing your order at Coopers Inn. Treasure Hounds you indicate ou agree with these terms and conditions. 

Photo’s
Every send photo of the anti-tick collar reveived, with or without dog, are given free from copyright. This means that I can and may use those photo’s for promotion on my website, Instagram and Facebook page.

1. Orders

After receiving the payent it can take up to 14-21 days to process your order. 

Orders need to be paid in order for you to recieve them and if you fail to pay them within 14 days, we will send a one time payment reminder with another kind request to pay your order, before we go on to an debt collection agency to make sure we will recieve the payment for the order placed.

 

2. Shipping

Our products are shipped from The Netherlands. 

When your order is ready for shipping, you will be informed per e-mail and we will ship it to your adress. For shipping we use PostNL (Dutch postal service). Please note that your package(s) will be handed to the postal service of your country upon entry. 

We are not responsible for any import taxes your country charges or any damages due to the shipping. 

 

3. Delivery terms

The Netherlands: 1-2 business days*

Belgium: 1-2 business days*

International: 5-14 business days*

* Please note that during busy periods, like vacation time, it can take a little longer to receive your package.

4. Returns and warranty

You can return purchased products 14 days after receiving them. 

Products can't be returned when they have been used. If we find any hairs on it, or it smells like dog/cat, etc. we can't accept the return and will therefor not give you a refund. The product will then be donated to a local shelter.

The costs of returning the items are for the buyer and the products must be returned in the original package. 

 

5. Privacy policy

Coopers Inn. Treasure Hounds treats your data as confidential information and will never pass it on, rent it out or sell it to third parties. 

The customer is responsible for keeping his own login details confidential and the use of his password. The password is stored encrpted and therefore Coopers Inn. Treasure Hounds has no acces to the password.
